Good condition. Has been altered. Sleeve length appears to have been shortened thus the red tab has also been re-attached. The seams under the arms also have work done to them. The corner of one of the reflective strips has been secured down. And there is a repair to the hood stitching that is vaguely noticeable. All pictured.
